Topic: „Let´s Dance!“
After two events in Graz and Trieste the three-country conference series SLO ITA AUT by ZV Steiermark will conclude with the third event on March 13th, 2009 at the City Museum of Ljubljana. Together mayor Siegfried Nagl and mayor Zoran Jankovic will open the conference in the early evening.
Teams from Austria and Italy will present their work by means of short keynote presentations followed by their participation in a panel discussion. Presenter Giovanni Damiani will ask questions such as how does architecture ‘sound’ in hard times like these? Is it Lounge, Electro or Rock? Or do we have to invent completely new categories?

SLO ITA AUT, a follow-up event of Architekturschwerpunkt (architectural focus) 2006: Slovenia (SLO), is a conference series between three countries that promotes the exchange of expertise and forging of links between architects and people interested in architecture, reaching across borders. Just like in 2006, ZV Steiermark (Styrian central organisation of architects) acts as initiator and co-ordinator, having developed the concept in close collaboration with partners in both Slovenia and Friuli.
