The subject of the competition is the town-planning and architectural proposal of the southern development of Petržalka in Bratislava, with special emphasis on the area owned by the announcing entity.

The purpose of the competition is to find the most suitable material, spatial, functional and operational arrangement of the built-up part of the area, with the aim of creating a lively urban environment in contact with nature.
